REQUIREMENTS:

Min. Bachelor Degree in related field
Minimum 5 years experience in Procurement/Purchasing with supervisory or managerial role
Strong experience in supplier sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation
Experience in the oil and gas industry is required
Experience in the NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) field is highly preferred
Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills
Strong understanding of procurement processes, supply chain, and cost optimization
Familiar with import-export and logistics coordination
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/Procurement systems
Proficient in English, both verbal and written
