Statement of Successful Wire Rope Trial

PT Rigspek Perkasa conducted a wire rope trial at PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya (TPS) for the Hoist Wire Rope 30 mm Dia x 280 m Length, 6x36 IWRC Compacted, installed on one of the Container Crane (CC). The trial was carried out and evaluated based on several performance parameters, including wire rope diameter reduction, production capacity, and service life.

The results demonstrated excellent performance, with a diameter reduction of only 1.41% (well below the maximum allowable limit of 10%), production achievement exceeding 150,000 moves, and a service life of more than 10 months, surpassing the average performance of conventional wire ropes.

Based on these achievements and the successful completion of the trial, PT Rigspek Perkasa was officially declared to have successfully met the required performance standards and operational expectations of PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya. The trial results confirmed the reliability, durability, and effectiveness of the wire rope under actual operating conditions.
