RIGSPEK PERKASA provides Wire Rope for various applications. Our high-quality wire ropes are sourced from Philippines, India, Thailand and Japan.

All ropes conform to the relevant International and Local norms and are supplied with Mill Test Certificate c/w 3rd party certifications like BV, Lloyds, & ABS. You can choose the wire rope according to your needs and application in the field/operation. We also provide technical assistance in selecting and determining the wire rope that suits your needs.

Wire Rope Features:

In December 2014 BSWR Ropes has been certified SNI 0727:2008 for “Kawat Baja untuk Minyak dan Gas Bumi” under Ministry of Industry

In May 2019, Rigspek Perkasa officially holder of SNI Certificate of Wire Rope Corporation of The Philippines for BSWR Ropes and make Rigspek Perkasa become Sole Distributor for BSWR Ropes in Indonesia market.

Sling Assembly

1. Wire Rope Sling

RIGSPEK PERKASA provides Wire Rope Sling, galvanized and ungalvanized with Independent Wire Rope Core (IWRC).

1-leg and multi leg wire rope slings according to BS EN 13414-1 and BS EN 13411-4.

Wire rope slings offer durability and high strength for heavier loads, but are lighter weight and more cost effective than chain slings for lifting. Wire rope slings are available in many different configurations including multiple leg, endless grommet, braided and choker to name a few.

The wire rope slings offered on the next few pages are made from galvanized standard ropes with a Steel Core, 6x36 IWRC.

NOTE 1 The working load limits (WLLs) given in above Table are based on the assumption that soft eyes of single-leg slings are used over bearing points having diameters not less than twice the nominal diameter of the rope.
NOTE 2 Table 4 shows working load limit values for ferrule-secured eye slings in various configurations. These values, which are based on the equation given in BS EN 13414-1 have been rounded for the convenience of the user.

2. Chain Sling

Chain slings are strong enough to lift the heavy loads. Chain slings can withstand impact, extreme temperature, and exposure to chemicals. They’re able to customizable and repairable, and are found across Indonesia in oil & gas, industry, mining, shipping and fishing and any other environment.

Chain slings typically consist of a master link, one or more lengths of chain called “legs,” and rigging hooks or other hardware designed to hold the load. Chain slings can be configured with vertical, choker, or basket hitches and a wide variety of specialized hooks, lengths of chain, and master links.
